摘要
目的:观察双蒺汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床有效性及安全性。方法:将136例围绝经期综合征患者随机分成两组,治疗组68例用中药双蒺汤治疗,对照组68例给予更年安治疗,两组治疗疗程均为8周,以KI量表及围绝经期综合征评定量表进行评价,观察治疗前后两组的指标变化,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组对围绝经期综合征的治疗有不同程度的疗效,但治疗组多项指标的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双蒺汤治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切,安全性良好。
Objective：To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of Shuangji soup in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Method： 136 cases of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shuangji soup,68 cases in the control group were treated with Gengnian’an.The treatment course was 8 weeks.The KI scale and perimenopausal syndrome scale were used as evaluation index to observe the change of index and effect.Result：There was varying effect in both groups,but the index in treatment group improved more than which in control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The effect and safety of Shuangji soup are good in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
