摘要
用对硝基苯胺-N,N-二甲基苯胺光度法测定痕量亚硝酸盐,比重氮偶合比色法灵敏度高(ε=5.29×10~4),选择性好,试剂溶液稳定。在0—11μg/50ml范围内服从比尔定律。
An optimum condition of spectrophotometric determination of trace nitrite with p-nitroaniline-N, N-dimethylaniline in water was described. This method has high sensitivity (ε = 5.29×104) and rather good selectivity, the reagent solution is stable. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-11 μg/50ml.
