荧光猝灭法测定污水中痕量亚硝酸盐 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用亚硝酸根离子与罗丹明6G在酸性介质中的亚硝化反应,使罗丹明6G荧光猝灭,并由此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸盐的新方法.此法成功地应用于污水中亚硝酸盐的测定。 A. fairly selective and simple fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace nitrite reacting with Rhodamine 6G in acidic medium to form unfluorescence product was pro-postd. Rhodamine 6G has a maximum excitation wavelength of 350nm and a maxium emission wavelength of 555nm. The calibration graph was rectilinear in range 0- 0.8|ag/mL of nitrite and the detection limt was 0. 008ug/mL. There was no influence of metals ions. The method was applied to pollution water samples with satisfactory reasults.
