摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱法,采用HypersilBDS色谱柱,以甲醇-水作流动相,梯度洗脱,UV254nm检测,外标法定量,同时测定苯胺、对硝基苯胺、间硝基苯胺、联苯胺、邻硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基苯胺及N,N-二甲基苯胺的含量。回收率为51.57%~107.92%,变异系数为1.88%~5.98%。方法快速、准确,是测定废水中苯胺类化合物的有效方法。
A reversedphase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of aniline derivatives in wastewater is described. Chromatographic conditions were: column, Hypersil BDS(200mm×40mm i. d., 5μm); mobile phase, methanolwater, gradient elution; flow rate, 1.0mL/min; detection wavelength, 254nm. Quantification was carried out based on the external standard of aniline derivatives. The pH of waste water sample was adjusted to 1112 with dilute NaOH solution prior to extraction with CH 2Cl 2. The extractives concentrated in KD concentrator and filtered with FH 0.5μm membrane. Finally make up the volume to 1mL and test it with reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography. The linearity range of calibration curve used was 0.0050.3μg. The minimum detectable quantities of aniline derivatives varied from 120ng to 300ng. The average recoveries were from 5157% to 10792%, and the RSDs of the method were from 188% to 598%. The method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
