建立了分段竞价电力市场的运营方式和市场交易规则.基于这些规则,电力市场对持续的负荷进行拍卖竞价,发电商直接确定机组的运行方式,核算生产成本和制定投标决策,解决了分时竞价中发电商逐时段竞价与确定机组运行方式的决策困难.调度交易中心不负责机组开停计划的制定,仅按报价选择发电容量来满足负荷需求,市场出清简单透明.建立了发电商投标模型和市场出清模型,并提出了求解算法.分段竞价的电力市场按照持续的负荷段定价,避免了电能的搭配销售,市场购电费用降低,市场效率提高.
Market operation and rules for block bidding power market are presented. Based on these rules, load demand is divided into several blocks with continuous segments and the auction is performed for each block, power suppliers can directly determine unit operation and make bidding decisions, which avoids the difficulty of bidding and unit operation in hourly bidding market. The market operator needs not perform the unit commitment, and the transparence and equity of the market are improved. Bidding model and market clearing model are designed and the algorithms are proposed. Furthermore, block bidding avoids tyingsales of power energy, which can decrease the market payment and improve the market efficiency.
