摘要 就日前电力市场的竞价机制进行讨论 ,指出了当前普遍采用的分时竞价机制存在的问题。在此基础上介绍了分段竞价机制 ,并重点以包含 34台火电机组和 1 7台水电机组的实际电力系统为例 ,对这两种竞价机制进行了详细比较。计算结果说明了采用分段竞价模式的电力市场不仅符合电力运行的特点 ,使系统发电成本降低 ,而且减少了市场购电费用 。 This paper discusses and compares several different bidding rules in electricity market. First, the paper addresses some difficulties and deficiency of the hourly bidding rule that is widely used in the present electricity markets, which clears the market on hour by hour basis. Then the new bidding rule proposed by authors is introduced, which horizontally divides the load curve into blocks according to continuation time of the system load, and then clears the market on block by block basis, and finally obtains the spot price. Comparison between the two bidding rules is made by simulating a real power system contained 34 thermal power units and 17 hydropower units. Simulation results show that the block bidding rule provides a rather reasonable mode with not only lower total generation cost, but also less total costs purchasing electricity than the hourly bidding rule.
