摘要
一百多年来,美国都在坚持职业农民的培育,在立法、经费、教育体系、农业试验站、管理技能、风险防范等方面开展工作,不断巩固和扩大美国的农业优势地位。我国在培育新型职业农民的问题上可借鉴美国的做法,出台切实可行的法律法规,建设职业农民教育与培训体系,鼓励农村年轻人积极参与新农村建设和现代农业发展,同时国家惠农强农富农政策应向新型职业农民的培育倾斜。
Many American Agricultural Acts focus on the cultivation of new types of professional farmers.For more than a hundred years,the United States has been insisting on the cultivation of professional farmers.It has been working on legislation,funding,education system,agricultural test stations,social and human environment,management skills,wind prevention and other aspects to constantly consolidate andexpand the dominant position of agriculture of the United States in the world.Our country can draw lessons from the practice of the United States in cultivating new-type professional farmers,enact practical laws and regulations,strengthen training,build vocational farmers’education and inspection system,encourage young people in rural areas to actively participate in the construction of new countryside and the development of modern agriculture,at the same time,the national policy of benefiting farmers,strengthening farmers and enriching farmers should be inclined to the cultivation of new professional farmers.
