摘要
在我国社会发展进入新常态的大背景下,农业发展的创新驱动模式需要将以互联网为代表的科学技术要素与农民要素相结合,提出发展基于"互联网+"的新型职业农民培育模式。通过研究分析,认为城乡二元对立、缺乏顶层设计、培育方式过时是阻碍新型职业农民发展的三大障碍,并结合"互联网+"给新型职业农民带来的新机遇,提出"互联网+"时代新型职业农民的培育应树立帮助农民实现自我发展的培育理念、健全帮农护农的培育政策、发展集约高效的培育模式。
As China has entered a new developing mode,which is considered as ＂ new normal state＂,this paper proposes that the Internet technical element should be combined with farmer element in order to develop agriculture in a innovative way.Therefore,new professional farmers training based on the ＂ Internet＋＂ is suggested to be developed.Through research and analysis,it is claimed that the three major obstacles hindering the development of the new professional farmers include dual opposition between the urban and rural,the lack of top design,and to-be finished training system and the obsolete training methods.Considering the opportunities ＂ Internet＋＂ has brought to new professional farmers,it is proposed that the training of the new professional farmers should help farmers realize self-development,the training policy that benefits the farmers be improved,and the training mode featuring intensiveness and effectiveness be developed.
