摘要
论述了作业测定技术的作用及内容,指出了企业应用作业测定技术制定标准时间过程中存在的问题,并深入分析问题产生原因,最后结合作业测定理论及实践经验,提出改进建议。
This paper discusses the content and effect of work measurement(WM)technology,points out the existing problems when WM technology is employed to shape standard time.Also the paper analyzes the reasons for the problems,presents some suggestions based on the theory of WM and its practical applications.
