摘要
为探讨疗养院的重点学科建设 ,分析了疗养院学科优势 ,针对学科发展中存在的矛盾和问题 ,提出了加强疗养院重点学科建设的对策 :一是改革现有的管理机制 ,坚持能级管理 ,做到责权利相结合 ,给予适当的政策倾斜 ;二是在人才管理方面要引进竞争机制 ,竞选上岗 ,选贤任能 ;三是相关科室通力协作 ,发挥所长 ,共同发展 ;四是选准适合疗养院特点的科研项目 ,逐步形成特色 。
To inquire into the major subject construction of the sanatorium,the author analyzed the advantage of subject in sanatorium, and put forward countermeasures in constructing major subjects in sanatorium on basis of the facing contradictions and the difficulties in the development. Firstly, reform in current management system, carrying level management and be integrated in duty, rights and benefit, and giving preferential treatment in policy. Secondly, introduce competition in personnel management, selecting virtuous person for the duty by competition; Thirdly, cooperate in related departments, playing full roll and developing together; Fourthly, choose proper scientific research items to form its own characteristics, promoting the technique construction of sanatorium.
