摘要
为探讨小医院的学科建设 ,本文阐述了遵循医学发展规律 ,找准发展的方向 ;选好学科带头人 ,建设好人才梯队 ;横向拓展联合 ,提高攻关能力 ;坚持不断投入 ,实现持续发展 ;制定奖惩制度 。
To inquire into the subject construction of the small hospital, it is expatiated in this article that the rule of the medical developing should be followed, the developing direction should be quested exactly; the subject leadership should be elected better, person with ability echelon should be constructed; the combine should be prolonged horizontally, the ability of the tackle key problem should raised; the input should be insisted on continuously, continuous developing should be realized; the rewards and punishment system should established, the compete system should be constructed.
