摘要 以 4份三倍体毛白杨无性系为供试材料 ,比较了培养基中激素种类及浓度、大量元素浓度以及有机添加物香蕉、椰汁和马铃薯对三倍体毛白杨快速繁殖中繁殖系数及玻璃苗频率的影响。结果表明 ,培养基中 2 3大量元素含量能降低玻璃苗频率 ;添加 0 5mg L 6 -BA和 0 0 1mg LNAA获得较高的繁殖系数 ;添加 15 %的椰汁能提高繁殖系数并降低玻璃苗频率 ;不同无性系之间的繁殖系数和玻璃化频率无明显差异。 Using 4 clones donor of triploid Chinese white poplar as materials,the effects of different hormone combinations,content of macroelements and additives (coconut water,banana and potato) in medium on propagation coeifficient and bud-vitrifiation were compared. The results showed that the frequency of shoot-induction was increased by supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.01 mg/L in MS medium and the frequency of bud-vitrifiation was decreased by modifying MS medium(2/3 of macroelements). The higher propagation coeifficient and lower frequency of bud-vitrifiation could be obtained by using 2/3 MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.01 mg/L NAA + 150 g/L coconut water. The difference of propagation coeifficient and frequency of bud-vitrifiation among tested clones were not obvious.
