摘要
高职院校实验室管理体制改革的关键在于把实验室建设、实验室管理与实验教学有机地统一起来 ,使实验室成为独立的实体 ,对实验室和实验人员进行集中管理 ,全面提高实验队伍的素质 ,以适应教学科研的需要和最大限度地发挥实验室科技服务能力 .
The key task in the system reform of laboratory management in higher vocational colleges lies in the organic integration of the equipment,management and practical training,and so a laboratory works as an independent unit.To meet the requirements of teaching affairs and scientific research and to bring the service function of a laboratory into full play,the facilities and the personnel are to be deployed unifiedly,and relatively higher competence is required.
