摘要
结合湖南铁道职业技术学院国家高职高专实训基地建设实践,提出实训基地建设的指导思想、定位和功能、建设原则,并对校内实训基地共享机制和校外实训基地运行机制进行探索性研究。
The author puts forward the guiding thought, orientation, function and constructing principles of the practical drill basic construction combining the practice of the practical drill base construction of the national higher vocational education of Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Railway and does a research on the shared system of the practical drill base construction in the school and the operating system of the practical drill base out of the school.
