摘要
科学的高职实践教学定位管理对提高高职实践教学质量,切实培养适应社会需求的人才具有重要作用。然而,如何针对高职实践教学特点,对其进行定位管理,职教界有不同的看法。本文认为,应从高职实践教学的目标定位、教学环节定位、教学基地管理定位、教材定位、师资队伍定位和教学日常管理定位等方面入手进行探讨和研究,方能达到预期目的。
The scientific management of position of practical teachin g in higher vocational education is much important for higher vocational educatio n to increase teaching quality and develop talents society needs.But there are different pointviews about how to proceed man agement of position dealing w ith the characteristics of practical teaching in the field of vocational educati on.The article regards that we should study position from several aspects of t arget,teaching link,management of teach ing base,teaching materi-als,teach ing staff and teach ing day-to-day management so as to achieve the antic ipat ed objective.
