摘要
为了克服温度及加热、冷却时间等因素对测定锰的影响 ,提出了在室温下测定痕量锰的方法 ,即在氨三乙酸 (NTA)条件下 ,在 pH5 .2的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,锰 (Ⅱ )对高碘酸钠氧化季胺反应有显著的催化作用 ,并利用流动注射技术分析速度快的特点测定了在 6 0 2nm处有最大吸收的蓝色不稳定产物 .在 6 0样.Mh分析速度下检出限为 7.3× 10 - 11g/mL ,线性范围为Mn(Ⅱ) 0~ 2 0μg/L .可应用于水样测定 。
A new method to detect trace manganese (Ⅱ) at room temperature is developed to avoid the effects of temperature and the durations of heating and cooling. As the catalytic effects of manganese (Ⅱ) can be strongly enhanced by nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), sodium periodate can oxidize tetrabase \[4,4’ bis(dimethylamino) diphenylmethane\] in an acetate buffer medium (pH=5.2). The unstable blue intermediate product is controlled quickly by flow injection technique and its absorbance is measured at 602nm.A detection limit of 7.3×10 -11 g/mL is achieved at a sampling frequency of 60/h. The linear range of the method is 0~20 μg/L for manganese. The proposed method has been applied to the analyses of several natural waters with satisfactory results.
