摘要
在探讨了14种不同类型的表面活性剂对Sm-DBM-TOPO这一荧光体系增溶效果的基础上,详细研究了在阴离子表面活性荆十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下。该三元配合物在水溶液中进行荧光分析的条件。在pH8.4~9.4的NH_4AC介质中,配合物的最大特征荧光发射波长为602 nm。激发波长为355 nm。本体系具有空白荧光值低,受表面活性剂浓度影响小的优点。方法下限可检出2.3×10^(-9)mol/L的钐,是测定痕量钐新的灵敏的荧光体系,用于人工合成试样中微量钐的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of anionic surfactant SDS, the conditions of fluorometric analysis of Sm-DBM-TOPO in aqueous solution have been investigated. The suitable acidity range is pH 8.4~9.4,NH_4AC. The max characteristic emission wavelength of ternary complex is at 602nm. The detection limit of this method is 2. 3×10^(-9) mol/L, it is a new sensitive fluorescent system for determining trace Sm.
