摘要
采用Nd∶YAG泵浦染料激光器、硅增强靶型光学多道分析仪以及自制的荧光盒和触发器组装了一台激光诱导荧光光谱测定装置。研制了与计算机连接用的接口和应用软件。性能测试表明,此装置的灵敏度高,光谱覆盖范围和工作曲线线性范围宽、分析速度快;既可用于实时光谱检测,也可用于时间分辩光谱分析。测定结果的精密度和准确度均令人满意。
A new laser-induced fluorimeter has been developed. It consists of a Nd: YAG-pumped dye laser, a SIT optical multichannel analyzer, a fluorescent box and a trigger. The applied software and the interface between IBM PC/XT microcomputer and the fluorimeter are described. The steady-state spectra and the time resolved spectra had been determined. The device keeps fast rate of determination, high sensitivity and good dynamic range of curve.
