摘要
本文研究了在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,钯(Ⅱ)与α,β,γ,δ-四(4-吡啶)卟啉(TPyrP)的显色反应。提出了一个高灵敏度测定钯的分光光度法。Pd(Ⅱ)-TPyrP-SDS三元配合物的最大吸收波长在444nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε=3.5×10~5L/molcm。该配合物中Pd(Ⅱ):TPyrP=1:1。许多常见离子的允许量较大,故本法选择性好。可以直接用于混合试样及含钯的高分子催化剂中钯的测定,均获得满意的结果。
This paper describes a chromogenic reaction of Pd(Ⅱ) with α,β,γ,δ-tetra-(4-pyridyl) porphine (tpyrp) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). A highly sensitive and selective method for the determination of Pd(Ⅱ) has been developed. Pd(Ⅱ)-TPyrP-SDS ternary complex has an absorption maximum at 444nm. the molar absorptivity is 3.5×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Most foreign metal ions do not interfere with the determination of Pd(Ⅱ). This method can be used in the direct determination of samples and polymer catalysts containing Pd(Ⅱ) with satisfactory results.
