功能矫治器引导下颌后退对大鼠颅面形态影响的X线头影测量分析 被引量:4

摘要 本实验选用30只4周龄Wistar大鼠,戴自制上颌功能性活动矫治器引导大鼠下颌后退。应用X线头测量术,对大鼠颅面的变化进行观察。结果显示矫治器有抑制下颌长度生长的趋势,使下颌位置明显后退,且下颌向下后旋转,下颌平面角增大产生生长方向的改变。本研究表明用功能矫治器引导生长期大鼠下颌后退4周后,能引起下颌位置后退,抑制下颌长度的增长。 30 four weeks old wistar rats were selected to wear the functional appliances which made by ourselves in order to pull the mandibles backward. The changes of the rats' cranio - facial growth were watched by x - ray cepholometry. The results showed that the appliances could inhibit the growth tend of the mandibles, put them backward, made them turn backward and downward, increased the mandibular plane angle and resulted the change of growth direction. It was suggested that the positions of the mandibles were led to backward, the lengthes of the mandibles were limited, after the functional appliances were used for 4 weeks in the growing rats'mouthes.
