摘要 用正交试验法研究了可德兰多糖发酵培养基中各主要营养因子对多糖产量影响的显著性,并确定了最适培养基配方.分析了溶氧状态、初始pH值、温度等发酵工艺条件的变化对多糖产量影响的规律,从而确定了最适发酵工艺条件.此外,对某些溶氧助剂在可德兰多糖发酵中改善溶氧效果的作用作了尝试,发现添加一定量的植物油可改善发酵液的溶氧状况,有提高多糖产量的效果. By means of orthogonal test, the effects of nutrition factors on Curdlan fermentation were studied and the most reasonable medium prescription for Curdlan fermentation was determined. The effects of dissolved oxygen (DO),initial pH,cultivation temperature on fermentation were studied and the most suitable fermentation conditions were determined . Adding some additives into the Curdlan broth could influence the DO. It was found that some plant oils could enhance the Curdlan production.
