摘要
以双氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,氯化铵为改性剂,氯化铝为催化剂,合成了一种具有广泛脱色效能的絮凝剂DFA,并表征其结构,测定其特性粘数,研究其电荷密度、浓度、温度、pH值等条件对多种染料废水脱色效果的影响,并对工业印染废水、印花废水的脱色、去除COD进行初步研究。
The polymerzation of dicyandimide (DCD),formaldehyde (HCHO) and ammonium chloride is catalysed with alminium salt to yield DFA decolorizing flocculant. IR,Intrinsic viscosity and electric charge density of DFA are measured. Factors affecting the decolorizing behavier of DFA, such as flocculant concentration , temperature and pH are discussed. DFA shows a high performance in decoloring dye solution and has a potential use in treatment of industrial printing and dyeing waste water.
