摘要
从生长大量藻类的河水中富集氨化细菌,分离优势菌,鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)菌株,正交试验法确定温度、菌液加入量、曝气时间、pH四因素对假单胞菌溶解有机氮(DON)去除的影响,选用L(934)正交试验表,以相对空白试验的氨氮增加量为测定指标。结果表明:降解溶解有机氮最佳条件为菌液加入量为2%,温度为28℃,每天曝气时间为6 h,pH为7.0,DON降解率为90.6%。
Screening ammonibacteria from the river with a large number of algae,a predominant bacteria strain was isolated from the ammonibacteria,the strain was identified as Pseudomonas.The effects of temperature,dosage of pseudomonas,aeration time and pH were studied by orthogonal experimental.Selection of L9(34) orthogonal test,the increasing Ammonia-nitrogen relative blank experent as the examination index.The results showed the optimal conditions of degradating DON were as follows: strain inoculating dosage of 2 %,28 ℃,aerate 6 h each day,pH 7.0,degradation rate of DON reached 90.6 %.
