摘要
进行了影响臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液效果的多因素正交试验,探讨了pH值、处理气液比、处理时间和反应温度对CODcr和色度去除率的影响,得到了臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液的最佳工艺条件组合:⑴废液的初始pH值为11.50;⑵处理气液比为0.270 mg.L-1;⑶处理时间为30 m in;⑷反应温度为35℃。在此工艺条件下,废液的CODcr去除率为26.4%,色度去除率达92.8%,脱色效果好。废液的初始pH值对CODcr去除率影响显著,对色度去除率影响极显著。
The wastewater of cane-sugar molasses alcohol was treated by ozone. The best technique conditions were gotten by a study on degradation of the color and CODer with pH, ratio of ozone quantity and the wastewater quantity, reaction time and temperature. These parameters are as follows- (1) The initial pH is 11.50. (2) The ratio of ozone quantity and the wastewater quantity is 0. 270 mg · L^-1. (3) The reactive time is 30 mins. (4) The reactive temperature is 35 ℃. The test results show that the removal efficiencies of CODer in the wastewater are 26.4% , and these of color in the wastewater are 92.8%. The removal efficiencies of color are very good. The initial pH of wastewater affected strong on degradation of the color and CODer by analysis of variance.
