摘要
目的 提高阴囊Paget病的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析阴囊Paget病6例的临床资料,全部行患处活检并行手术治疗。结果 病理切片6例均可见Paget病的典型特征,其中A1期4例,A2期2例,所有患者术后均获随访6～61(平均37.1)月,局部无复发。结论 对久治不愈的阴囊皮炎或湿疹,应尽早行皮肤活检确诊,积极手术治疗,预后满意。
AIM To improve the diagnosis and treatment of scrotum Paget' s disease. METHODS Clinical data of 6 patients with serotum Paget s disease were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were confirmed on pathological studies and underwent surgical treatment. RESULTS Typical pathological features were observed in all patients, The duration of following-up was 6-61 months, on average 37.1 months, and no recurrence occured. CONCLUSION Persistent scrotum dennatitis and edema should he examined early by biopsy. Once aceurale diagnosis was made, the operation should be performed early.
