摘要
目的 提高阴囊Paget病诊断和治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析1983-01/1998-01收治9例阴囊Paget病例临床资料。结果 本组9例行阴囊皮肤局部扩大切除术并经病理证实。术后随访3-10a。3a复发2例,5a存活9例,8a存活7例,10a以上存活5例。结论 明确诊断依赖病理学检查,阴囊皮肤局部扩大切除术是提高生存率的关键。
AIM To improve the diagnosis and treatment of scrotum Paget's disease. METHOD The data of 9 cases with scrotum paget's disease hospitalized from Jan, 1983 to Jan, 1998 was reviewed and analyzed. RESULTS Nine cases were treated by partial scrotec-tomy and followed up for 3 to 10 years. Two cases relapsed within 3 years. The survival cases within 5 years numbered 9. The survival cases within 8 years numbered 7.The survival time in 5 cases exceeded 10 years.CONCLUSION Confirmiatory diagnosis depends on the patho-logical studies and survival rate can be greatly improved by partial scrotectomy.
