摘要
建立板带轧制的非对称模型 ,分析轧制过程中轧件变形规律 ,以及热轧带钢的生产过程中板带头部弯曲的产生机理。进而通过热轧过程的非对称模型的有限元仿真 ,研究了非对称参数与板带头部弯曲曲率的关系 ,为热轧过程的自动控制提供了依据。
An analytical model of asymmetrical plate rolling is proposed. The proposed model is used to explore the characteristics of the plate rolling process and the causes and influence factors on front end bending in hot plate rolling . By the finite element metheold simulation, the relation of the factors of asymmetrical rolling is studied. These research provide a technology for automatic control of front end bending in hot plate rolling .
