摘要
针对轧辊失效问题,基于数值模拟分析了带钢轧制过程轧制区轧制压力、摩擦力及轧辊内应力的三维分布情况。确定了不同因素对轧制区接触状态影响的对比方法,对接触区工作辊的三维应力分布进行了详细地研究。这对探索轧辊的失效机理是非常重要的。
Aiming at the problem of roll failure, three-dimensional distributions of rolling froce, friction force and the roller stress in the rolling zone during the process of strip steel rolling were analyzed based on numerical simulation. And the contrast method of the influence of different factors on contact state in the rolling zone was determined. Three-dimensional distribution of stress in the contact zone between work roller was investigated detailedly. These are very important for discovering the failure mechanism of roller.
