摘要
分析了钢板温度、轧机上下工作辊辊径差及转速差、单道次压下率、轧制线高度等因素对中厚板轧件头部弯曲的影响。同时,根据现场实际生产,从优化单道次压下率、优化咬入长度及咬入速度等方面综合考虑各种影响头部弯曲的因素,提出了轧件头部弯曲控制方法,实际生产中有效控制了中厚板头部弯曲现象,效果明显。
This article analyzes the effects of the plate temperature,difference of diameters and velocity between upper and lower work rolls,single degree reduction rate,height of rolling line etc on the head warping of middle-thick plate.At the same time,according to manufacturing practice,takes comprehensively into consideration various factors to cause head warping from optimizing single degree reduction rate,optimizing rolling length and rolling velocity and so on respects,proposes a method for head warping controlling,thereby avoids effectively head warping appearance of middle-thick plate,effect is obvious.
