摘要
本文从知识管理的角度阐述了由知识驱动的竞争理论 ,分析了显性知识转移、隐性知识整合与产品联盟、知识联盟的相互关系。产品联盟是企业跟踪和获取可转移的知识的方法 ,无法为企业提供持续竞争优势 ;知识联盟不但获取显性知识 ,而且学习隐性知识和创造新能力 。
From the aspect of knowledge management, this artide explains the knowledge-driving competitive theory and analyzes the relations among the transfer of explicit knowledge, the integration of tacit knowledge, product-based corporation alliances, and knowledge-based corporation alliances. Product-based corporation alliances are used to obtain the explicit knowledge which company needs, knowledge-based corporation alliances are used not only to obtain the explicit knowledge, but also to obtain the tacit knowledge, and create new capabilities, they can help firms to update their core competence and build new core competence. So, to adapt the challenge of knowledge-based competition, firms must carry out the knowledge-based corporate alliance.
