摘要
核心能力是企业获得持续竞争优势的基础，知识联盟则是企业发展核心能力的一种有效途径。本文探索了知识联盟及其在跨国合作中的运用问题，提出了知识联盟是企业发展核心能力的有效途径，对知识联盟管理的重点在于对联盟的人力资源管理和组织学习的管理，通过知识联盟和组织学习达到高级的技术能力转移等新观点。
