摘要
目的 高剂量率 6 0Coγ射线照射离体人血建立染色体畸变的剂量 -效应曲线。方法 6 0 Coγ射线照射离体人血 ,吸收剂量为 1 0~ 8 0Gy ,剂量率为 3 0Gy/min ,染色体采用微量法 ,培养开始加秋水仙碱 ,主要记录染色体型畸变的非稳定性畸变 ,包括无着丝粒断片、微小体、无着丝粒环、双着丝粒体和着丝粒环 (双 +环 ) ,对实验数据做曲线拟合 ,并检验回归系数的显著性和曲线的拟合度。结果 6 0 Coγ射线照射离体血诱发的“双 +环” ,在 0~8 0Gy范围内 ,呈良好的剂量 -效应关系 ,拟合的最佳回归方程为Y =0 2 69792D + 7 73 0 83× 10 - 2 D2 (R =0 99198)。结论 高剂量率 6 0 Coγ射线照射离体人血 ,采用微量法培养染色体 ,在 0~ 8 0Gy范围内 ,“双 +环”最佳数学模式为Y =bD +cD2 。
