摘要
本文应用医用直线加速器6MV X 线照射5例健康成人离体血研究淋巴细胞微核与剂量间的关系,发现微核率及微核细胞率可各配以回归方程 Y=6.6896×10^(-3)+1.2959×10^(-2)D^2及 Y=7.3906×10^(-3)+1.0824×10^(-2)D^2,其 R^2值分别为O.9948及0.9976,有较好的拟合度,可作为预测受照剂量的模型。
The relationship between irradiated dose and micronuclei of human lymphocyte induced by 6MV X-ray generated from a medical linear accelerator in vitro was studied.The doses used in calibration were 0-5 Gy.According to WHO's criteria,the rates of lymphocyte micronucleus and positive micronucleus lymphocyte gave the best to model Y=a+cD^2.Two regression equations were obtained from the correlation among the rates of lymphocyte micro- nucleus and positive micronucleus lymphocyte and the irradiated dosage.Y=6.6896×10^(-3)+ 1.2959×10^(-6)D^2and Y=7.3906×10^(-3)+1.0824×10^(-6)D^2.By using these equations it was possible to evaluate the whole body dose received in an acute radiation accident.
