摘要
研究了薄不锈钢内衬复合管的焊接工艺和焊接接头的抗腐蚀性能。采用背部充氩保护的钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和超低碳奥氏体不锈钢焊丝TGS - 30 9L焊接 2 0 / 0Cr1 8Ni9复合管的第 1层焊缝 ,焊后利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电化学分析方法对焊接接头的化学成分、金相组织、显微硬度以及抗腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明 :焊缝成形良好焊缝成分和金相组织能保证复合管使用过程中的强度和抗腐蚀性能要求。
The welding procedure and resistant to corrosion properties of the welded joint of 20/0Cr18Ni9 clad pipe with thin stainless steel inner liner is studied in this paper. TIG welding with argon shielding on the back of the weld metal and super-low carbon austenitic stainless steel welding wire is used to weld first layer of weld seam of 20/0Cr18Ni9 clad pipe. It's proved that the welded joint can meet the demands in service after the investigations on chemical composition, microstructure, microhardness and resistant to corrosion properties of the welded joint by the use of the metallographic microscope, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and the electrochemical analysis.
