异种金属焊接研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:64

摘要 随着新材料、新设备、新工艺的应用日益广泛,异种金属焊接在工程应用中显得越来越重要。从焊接工艺、组织特征、力学性能、稀释和碳迁移、应力/应变状态、腐蚀性能及焊后热处理等方面对国内外在异种金属焊接方面的研究成果进行了综述,得出异种金属焊接接头各区域的组织和性能极其不均匀、熔合区为最薄弱环节的结论。指出异种金属焊接今后的研究重心将偏向新焊材的研制、接头抗腐蚀性能的提高、轻合金异种材料的焊接等领域。 With the new materials, new equipment and new technology have been used widely, dissimilar me tals welding applications in engineering has become increasingly important. The present research progress on dissimi lar metals welding is reviewed according to welding procedure, microstructure, mechanical properties, dilution and carbon migration, stress and strain state, corrosion performance and post-weld heat treatment, etc. It can be concluded that microstructure and properties of various regions on dissimilar metal weld joint is extremely uneven, and the fusion zone is the weakest link. In addition, the paper discusses that the future research of dissimilar metals welding will tend to the development of new welding consumables, corrosion resistance of weld joints, light alloy welding of dissimilar materials and other fields.
