Developing Pulse and Prospect of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipe

摘要 简要介绍了油气输送管的发展历程和管线钢的技术进步 ;在评介管线钢的组织分类的基础上 ,论述了针状铁素体型管线钢的性能特点 ;重点评述了螺旋缝埋弧焊管与直缝埋弧焊管、高频电阻焊管 (ERW)与无缝钢管的比较与选择 ;论述了高压输气钢管断裂控制的意义、进展及存在问题 ;讨论了我国未来油气管线工程对高性能管线钢的需求 ,包括高强度管线钢、低温用管线钢、具有良好断裂控制性能的管线钢、抗HIC管线钢、抗CO2 腐蚀管线钢、抗大变形管线钢及钢 /玻璃纤维复合管等。 It briefly introduces the developing course of oil and gas transmission pipe and technical progress of pipeline steel.It discusses the performance characteristic of pipeline steel with Acicular Ferrite on the basis of appraising structure label.It highlights the comparison and selection of SSAW pipe,LSAW pipe,ERW pipe and seamless pipe.It states the significance,headway and existed problem of fracture control of high-pressure gas transmission pipe.It discusses high performance pipeline steel demanded by China future oil and gas pipeline project,including high strength pipeline steel,pipeline steel for low temperature,pipeline steel with good fracture control performance,pipeline steel with HIC resistance,pipeline steel with CO 2 corrosion resistance;pipeline steel with anti large deformation and steel/ fiberglass complex pipe.
