丙烯聚合用MgCl_2-TiCl_4催化剂——外给电子体的影响 被引量:7

STUDY ON THE TiCl_4/MgCl_2 CATALYST FOR PROPYLENE POLYMERIZATION——THE FUNCTIONS OF THE EXTERNAL DONORS

摘要 研究了苯二甲酸二异丁酯 (DIBP) ,9,9-双 (甲氧基甲基 )芴 (BMMF)为内给电子体和无内给电子体三种催化剂 ,在加和不加外给电子体时的聚合性能 ,以及合成的聚丙烯的等规度、分子量及其分布。并采用 CRYSTAF和1 3 C- NMR对聚丙烯沸腾庚烷不溶部分结晶性能和序列结构进行分析 ,结果表明加入外给电子体能改变聚丙烯 (庚烷不溶部分 )不同规整性组分的比例 ,提高聚合物的规整性。 Three N catalyst systems were prepared, which contain free donor and different internal donors such as diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP), 9,9 bis(methoxymethyl) fluorine(BMMF). The performances of propylene polymerization with and without different external donors of these catalysts were studied. Poly(propylene)s have been characterized by using gel permeation chromatography (GPC), crystallization analysis fractionation (CRASTAF) and 13 C NMR analysis. The results indicated that the addition of external donor leads not only to higher proportions of isotactic polymer but also to increase in productivity for highly isospecific centres as opposed to moderately isospecific centres. The results also showed that the same isospecific centers are produced when the diether(BMMF) is present as an internal donor or replaced DIBP during polymerization when it is added as an external donor.
