摘要
对丙烯聚合齐格勒-纳塔催化剂内给电子体的研究进展进行了综述,同时分析了单酯类、双酯类、二醚类、二酮类和二醇酯类化合物作为内给电子体催化剂的特性。其中,以二醚类、二酮类和二醇酯类化合物为内给电子体的催化体系是近年发展起来的新型齐格勒-纳塔催化剂体系。二酮类和二醇类化合物作为内给电子体,在聚合时不用外给电子体,这将降低催化剂体系的复杂性。
This paper reviewed latest researches in internal donors in Ziegler-Natta propylene polymerization catalysts, as well as the features of different internal donors (monoesters, diesters, diethers, diketones and diol esters). Catalytic systems with diesters, diethers, diketones and diol esters as the internal electronic donors are newly emerging Ziegler-Natta systems. Diketones and diols as internal electronic donors eliminate the use of external electronic donors and lower complexity of the catalytic system.
