摘要
针对弓长岭选矿厂原生产工艺存在的问题 ,一段细筛筛上产品部分采用磁选柱进行得精抛尾。工业试验及生产实践表明 ,细筛 磁选柱 再磨工艺流程与原细筛 再磨工艺流程相比 ,前者适用于微细结晶粒度磁铁矿石的分选 ,大大的减少了过磨粒子 ,提高了铁精矿品位 ,由原铁精矿品位 6 5 4 0 %提高到 6 6 2 4 % ,并可稳定减少 2台再磨球磨机 ,节能降耗效果好 ,获得了较高的经济效益。
In view of the problems existing in the original production process of Gongchangling Concentrator, magnetic separating column was used to treat the oversize product of the primary fine screening to get the concentrate and discard the tailings. The commercial test and production preactice have shown that, compare to the original fine screening-regrinding flowsheet, fine screening-magnetic column seaparation-regrinding process is more suitable fot the separation of microcrystal-grained magnetite ore. It can greatly reduce overgrinding, raise the grade of iron concentrate from the original 65.4% to 66.24% and eliminate two regrinding ball mills, showing a good effect of energy saving and consumption reduction and high economic benefit.
