摘要
简述了近些年在磁铁矿选矿中的新技术、新设备,在此基础上研究分析了影响磁铁矿精矿质量的因素,设计了磁浮力场分选装置。磁铁矿在磁浮力场中的分选试验表明:磁浮选装置中的磁力场可有效地抑制磁性矿物进入尾矿,提高了铁精矿回收率;同时脉冲磁力场减少了磁团聚引起的非磁性夹杂,提高了铁精矿的质量。在一定的磁场条件和药剂制度下,从磁铁矿中反浮选脉石矿物,一次分选能够使磁铁矿品位从TFe65 43%提高到TFe69%以上,精矿回收率在95%以上,明显优于单一的浮选和常规磁选。
In this paper,recent development of new separation equipment for magnetite is outlined and the influence factors to the quality of magnetite concentrate are studied.On the basis of above-mentioned work,a magnetic flotation device has been developed.The experiments on magnetite separation in magnetic and buoyant force fields show that the magnetic field of the device can prevent magnetic minerals from entering flotation foam,thus improving recovery rate,and the pulse magnetic field can decrease non-magnetic inclusion caused by magnetic agglomeration,thus raising the grade of iron concentrate. After once-through reserve flotation of gangue minerals is made under certain magnetic field condition and reagent-feed system,the grade of iron concentrate has been increased from TFe 65.43% to TFe 69% and the recovery is not lower than 95%,which are higher than the metallurgical performances resulted from single magnetic separation or single common flotation.
