摘要
介绍了马钢南山实业公司选厂精矿进行不磨矿选别和再磨矿选别的对比试验研究情况。根据试验研究结果 ,现场采用新型磁重选别设备——磁选柱 ,较好地解决了磁团聚对磁性矿物选别过程中连生体分出效果不理想的问题 ,精矿铁品位提高 3.2 1 %、精矿铁回收率达95 .80 %。
The comparative tests of the concentrate separation with and without regrinding for Nanshan Industrial Co.'s concentrator,Ma Steel are presented.The test research showed that the iron grade of the concentrate was raised by 3.21%and the iron recovery to 95.80% by on-site application of new magnetic and gravity separating equipment—magnetic separating column,solving the problem of unideal separation of interlocking particles in magnetic mineral separation due to magnetic agglomeration.
