摘要
依据《中华人民共和国招标投标法》及《浙江省2001年政府采购工作指导意见》的规定,从建立和完善仪器、设备及大宗物资集中采购制度,建立健全有效的组织、监督体系,加强集中采购技术支持系统建设等3个方面,对高校物资采购工作进行了深入的探讨,并提出了具有可操作性的建议和措施。
According to 《 the public bidding law of the People's Republic of China 》 and 《 the guiding opinions of the government purchasing work in Zhejiang province in 2001》 , joining together the work experiences of the oneself and the realizing, this paper researches the work of the high institute's purchasing goods deeply, and offers some practicable suggestions and measures, including establishing and perfecting a concentration purchasing system on instruments, equipments and large numbers of goods, establishing and improving a effective organization and superintendence system and enhancing the construction of technique supporting system on the concentration purchasing, etc.
