摘要
分析了目前高校在实施政府采购过程中存在的一些问题,认为这些问题影响政府采购工作的正常开展和高校的教学科研工作,使政府采购固有的竞争和效益功能无法有效发挥。针对这些问题,提出一系列相关对策。
The problems that exist in the course of the universities implementing government purchasing at present is analyzed. These problems are considered influencing the normal development of government purchasing, bringing inconvenience to teaching and research work of the university, and making the competition and benefit function of government purchasing unable to give play effectively. To these problems, a series of relevant countermeasures are proposed.
