摘要
结合当前建筑市场发展趋势 ,具体介绍了建设工程中常遇的施工索赔和反索赔。从风险引起的索赔 ,工程延长和延误的索赔 ,工程量变化太大引起的索赔等几方面进行了论述 ,说明了施工索赔和反索赔 ,对于培养和发展建设市场 ,促进建筑业的发展 ,起着非常重要的作用。
Combining with developing trend of present construction market, the paper introduces common construction claimer and anticlaimer in building project, discusscs claimer caused by risk, extension and delay of project, great changes of engineering quatity, explains construction claimer and anticlaimer play an important role in training and developing construction market, promoting development of construction trade.
