摘要
教育创新是高等教育改革和发展的大趋势与不竭动力。本文面向21世纪职技高师面临的新机遇和新挑战 ,从拓新教育思想 ,树立超前发展、素质教育、创新教育和人才培养国际化等理念以及确立人才培养的新目标和新规格 ,突出专业的综合性 ,建立开放和富于弹性的课程体系等方面 ,提出了全面构建职技高师人才培养新理念和打造新世纪人才培养新模式的基本构想。
Educational creativity is a general trend and inexhaustible dynamics for higher-education de-velopment. The paper, taking into the consideration of the new opportunities and challenges which will arise in the development of vocational higher teacher's college in 21 century, brings forward a new con-ception on overall construction of talents cultivation and a basic conception of establishing a new model of talents training on the basis of updating education thought, creating a conception of anticipated education, quality education, creative education and international talents cultivation, establishing new goals and new norms of talents cultivation , extruding colligation of specialized courses and establishing an open andelastic curriculum system.
