摘要
职技高师是适应我国大力发展职业教育的一种崭新的高等师范教育类型。文章分析了21世纪初职技高师的现状以及面临的机遇与挑战,对21世纪初职技高师发展的目标进行了展望和思考,并从教学改革、办学特色、学科建设、师资队伍、办学条件等六个方面提出了职技高师发展的任务和新举措、新思路。
Vocational technical institution s of higher learning is a brand new typ e of normal education adapted to the great development of v ocational education.The paper analyses the present situation,op-portunity and challenges.We prospect and think deeply about the aim of th e vocational technical insti-tutions of higher learning in the early 21st century,and put forward the t asks,measures and thinking in six aspects of teaching reform,characteristics of running the university.
