摘要
从塑料制品的外观、尺寸精度、功能三个方面归纳了注塑制品常见的缺陷,并从塑料原料、成型工艺、设备(注塑机、模具)、制品设计等方面提出相应的对策和改进措施。
The common defects of the injection molded parts have been reviewed from the part appearance, the dimension stability and precision and the function. Also, the measures to handle the injection molded part defects based on the causes of resin, injection processing, mold and injection machine have been discussed.
