摘要
目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗慢性唇炎的效果。方法 :12 0例慢性唇炎患者分别采用MEBO治疗和红霉素软膏治疗 ,观察两组的临床效果。结果 :MEBO治疗组总有效率为 94 2 8% ,红霉素软膏对照组有效率 76 % (P <0 0 1)。结论 :MEBO治疗慢性唇炎见效快 ,疗效显著 ,不易复发。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating chronic cheolitis. Method: 120 patients with chronic cheilitis were divided randomly into 2 groups. Patients in group A were treated with MEBO and group B treated with Erythromycin Ointment. The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result: MEBO treatment had a total effective rate of 94 28% and erythromycin Ointment treatment had a total effective rate of 76%. The difference between the 2 groups was significant (P<0 01). Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating chronic cheilitis. It has quick onset of action. The incidence of recurrence is very low.
