手性问题与我们的生活密切相关 ,它涉及到生命、动植物、药物、食品、香料、农药等诸多领域 ,本文介绍了手性化合物的一些性质、手性药物、手性化合物的拆分、尤其是手性化合物的现代色谱分离方法。
There are many chiral compounds which exist in animal, plant, medicine, food, perfume and pesticide et al. This article introduce the characteristics of chiral compounds, chiral medicine, chiral separation, especially the modern separation methods for chiral compounds in chromatography.
