对高效亲和色谱技术八十年代以来的发展状况做了评述 ,介绍了高效亲和色普分离过程 ,评价了各种载体、配基、间隔臂及亲和色谱理论的特点 。
HPAC, a new technique of separating biomacromolecules is comprehensively reviewed since 1980s . Separating process in HPAC is outlined. The principles of ligands, space arms and support are elucidated.The theoretical aspect strdy and trends of HPAC are slso described.
